The Trust Fund has one medical plan option for eligible Participants:
- Cement Masons Managed Health Care Plan which uses the
Blue Cross Prudent Buyer Plan’s network of participating hospitals, physicians and ancillary
service providers who have agreed to provide medical care to plan participants at reduced rates
- Kaiser Permanente of California, which provides two
comprehensive medical and health benefit services options:
- Kaiser Active/Non-Medicare for Active and Non-
Medicare participants and their eligible dependents; and
- Kaiser “Senior Advantage” for those
Retiree participants who have become Medicare eligible.
If you live in an area which does not contain an HMO program and if
eligible, you will be covered by the Cement Masons Managed Health Care Plan.
